You can return your products purchased from us within 60 days from receiving and receive a refund, exchange or store credit for future purchases.

Eligibility for Return

You are eligible for a return if:

  1. Damaged or Contaminated Package: You have received a product with damaged or contaminated package.
  2. Defective Product: You have received a product that is defective or otherwise bad.
  3. Wrong Item: You have received a wrong item.
  4. Change of Mind: You have changed your mind and want to return a product.

Important Notice

We only offer this 60-day returns policy for physical products purchased on this website. If you have purchased "Derila-ergo" products from other sellers, please refer to the purchase site for returns, as such returns might be subject to the seller's policy over which we have no control.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@derila-ergo.com with your order number
  2. Explain the reason for your return request
  3. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Ship the product back using the provided instructions
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange & Store Credit

Instead of a refund, you may also choose to receive:

  • An exchange for a different product
  • Store credit for future purchases

Warranty Coverage

All Derila Ergo Pillow products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
